Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chef De Partie at Hard Rock Cafe Chennai. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes, coordinating with the kitchen team, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation
• Certification from a culinary school or equivalent work experience
• Understanding of food safety regulations
