Job Title: Chef de Partie Chinese
Location: New Delhi, India
Salary Range: 28,000 INR to 30,000 INR per month
Job Summary:The Chef de Partie Chinese is a vital member of our culinary team, responsible for preparing and cooking a range of Chinese dishes to the highest standards. This role demands creativity, precision, and a deep understanding of Chinese cuisine. The successful candidate will contribute to delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook Chinese dishes in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of dishes meet or exceed guest expectations.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and update the Chinese cuisine menu.
• Supervise and assist in the training of kitchen staff in Chinese cooking techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including food storage and preparation areas.
• Monitor and control food costs and minimize waste.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stock rotation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Work closely with other members of the culinary team to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role, with a focus on Chinese cuisine.
• In-depth knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients.
• A creative and innovative approach to Chinese cuisine, with the ability to develop new dishes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality food.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Food safety and hygiene certification.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
