Chef de Partie - Job Description: As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen, working closely with our Head Chef to prepare and present high-quality dishes that meet our restaurant's standards. Your primary focus will be on breakfast service and seafood preparation, ensuring each plate reflects our commitment to excellence.
Chef de Partie - Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook breakfast items to the highest standards, ensuring timely service.
• Assist in the preparation and cooking of seafood dishes, maintaining quality and consistency.
• Manage your own section, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as necessary.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and refine new dishes.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Support junior kitchen staff and assist in their training and development.
Chef de Partie - Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, preferably in a similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of seafood preparation and cooking techniques.
• Experience in breakfast service is highly desirable.
• Passionate about cooking and committed to producing high-quality dishes.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• A team player with good communication skills.
