Amazing Opportunity for multiple Chef de Partie and a Junior Sous Chef role within a Luxury 5 Hotel - Mayfair, Green Park and Soho, London – Immediate Start
Competitive Salary packages ranging from £34,000 – £45,000 per annum with amazing benefits package!
• ONLY 40 hour contract over 5 days per week!
We are currently recruiting for 4 x Chef de Partie roles and/also 1 x Junior Sous Chef for an incredible opportunity to join one of London’s best known and iconic luxury 5 hotels and restaurants. The restaurant within the hotel holds multiple accolades including 2AA Rosettes. You will be working in an amazing team, learning new skills with lots of potential to grow within the business for the right candidate.
Entry Requirements
We are searching for highly motivated and experienced individuals; you must have a proven track record, and have the drive to learn and push you forward.
Other skills that will need to be demonstrated include:
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confident and Professional
• Genuine passion and enthusiasm to learn
• Previous experience as Chef de Partie/ Demi Chef de Partie / Senior Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef / Commis Chef in a busy, fine dining environment is ESSENTIAL.
• Have great communication and organising skills
• Have the ability to closely work with the management team
• Have high standards of health and hygiene
• Be passionate and enthusiastic about their job
• Be a great team player
