Timing - 10am - 7pm
Location - Park Street
Shift - Fixed Shift
Week off - Sunday off
Responsibility :-
Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section.
Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.
Preparing meat and fish.
Assisting with the management of health and safety
Requirements:-
High school diploma or GED.
Associate’s degree, diploma, or certification in culinary arts is advantageous.
A food handler's licence.
Proven commercial kitchen experience.
Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
The ability to stand for extended periods.
The ability to work under pressure.
Excellent organisational skills.
Effective communication skills.
