You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.The Chef de Partie is responsible to prepare a consistent, high quality food product and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet's operating concept and Morvee Hotel's standards.He/She is responsible for the operation of the kitchen in the absence of the head chef.Indenting from store for daily ingredients as per requirement of each departmentFilling in for which ever department is short staffedMaintaining HACCP & hygine Standards.Checking for freshness of vegetables at delivery as well as quality of food being delivered by vendorQualifications3 year work experience as Commis Chef or 2 years as Apprentice in a hotel or restaurant with good standards / Basic Culinary skills / good hygiene knowledge.Specialization in any one department would be sufficient, better if an All Rounder.
