Permanent full time
Rotating shifts (including breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekends)
As the Chef de Partie. You will be involved with supervising other kitchen staff, ensure smooth service for various service: breakfast, room service, banquet and bar.
In addition to the above, other duties of this position include:
Assist with the control and management of food costs in line with budget and control production and portions in line with agreed specifications.
Ensure the kitchen is always maintained in the highest hygienic way and well presented.
Assist with on-the-job training for new team members.
Keep up to date with the latest trends in the food service industry and work with the team to introduce new ideas regularly.
Stamford Hotels and Resorts is looking for a person with the following attributes:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Experience in managing a culinary team in an upscale food and beverage operation.
Strong leadership skills.
Team player with a positive attitude, can do attitude.
