Job description
Are you a passionate Chef de Partie looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Join our team at one of the UK's most iconic sporting grounds, where you'll be at the heart of the action, creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes consistently during large events and high-volume service.
• Work efficiently under pressure, ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to execute a diverse menu for events, from match days to private functions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in managing the kitchen during busy periods.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-cover, high-pressure environment.
• Experience in event catering is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A valid driving license is essential.
• Working knowledge of HACCP and COSHH
• Level three Food hygiene certificate
