•Helping the Sous Chef and Executive Sous Chef to develop new dishes and menus
•Ensuring team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
•Control food stock and food cost in the section
•Perform daily inspections of all walk-in refrigerators, reach ins , to ensure that proper rotation of food is adhered
