Avec 6 restaurants et 3 bars à cocktails, soutenus par un bureau chef, l'objectif du Groupe Barroco est d'innover constamment et de créer des espaces pour répandre leur amour de l'hospitalité.

Foiegwa, du groupe Barroco, est un restaurant de quartier proposant une cuisine raffinée mêlant inspiration française aux traditions du diner américain, le tout dans une ambiance chaleureuse et accessible.

Foiegwa recherche un(e) Chef(fe) de Partie avec expérience pour se joindre à notre équipe du soir et du brunch.

Temps plein ( samedi, dimanche brunch et 3 soirs semaines)

Description des tâches:

Avant le service : aménager et préparer sa section de travail, recevoir, contrôler et entreposer les aliments, les préparer selon les procédures mises en place.
Pendant le service : organiser et coordonner le travail des commis, réaliser les plats en fonction de la carte, dresser les assiettes et vérifier les préparations avant l’envoi en salle
Après le service : effectuer le rangement et le nettoyage des aires de travail et des appareils et signaler les produits manquants.
Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe
Compétences requises:

2 ans d’expérience en cuisine
1 an d’expérience dans un poste similaire

Foiegwa is looking for an experienced hot Line Cook to join our team. If you want to be part of a motivated team and you have a desire to grow with a young and passionate team, we would love to meet you.

Full time ( saturday and sunday brunch and 3 nights a week)

Tasks description :

Before the service: set up and prepare your work section, receive, control and store food, prepare it according to the procedures in place.
During the service: organize and design the work of the clerks, prepare the dishes according to the menu, dress the plates and check the preparations before sending them to the dining room
After Service: Perform tidying up and cleaning of work areas and appliances and report missing products.
Perform any other related task as needed
Required skills :

2 years in a cooking environment
1 year of experience in a similar position.
