Fulltime Position
Daytime nursery chef / cook required in the Forest Hill area of SE London, 8am to 5pm, monday to friday, DAYTIME HOURS, 35hrs £14-15 per hour. This is cooking all fresh food, really interesting menu, not your standard school menu!. This product quality is very high, the quality and range of food is amazing and the chef designs the new menu every 6 months. The menus change of a 4 week cycle over a 6 month period. If your a cook / chef and wanting better hours, this is ideal for you. £14-15 per hour / full time / perm position.
The roleWe are looking for a cook / chef for this nursery, you will prep the morning and afternoon snacks and the lunch and dinner for the kids. This role is a monday to friday 8am to 5pm role, you will order the food via Tesco’s online, ensure the food is stored correctly, cook for around 60 pre school kids each day. You will also be involved in the menu changes every 6 months. This role will include all the normal chef/cook duties.
ExpereinceWe are looking for a cook/chef from a fresh food background. You will need to have a food hygiene level 2 certificate, Ideally Nursery cooking Experience or a care home or high quality school food.
