Aramark UK is looking to hire an experienced and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our amazing culinary team at Warwick Castle
This is an exciting full time opportunity reporting into our Head Chef on site and you will support with the production of breakfast and dinner on site at the hotel.

What you'll be doing
As a key player within our culinary team based in Warwick Castle's main attraction, there are several outlets to support with varying food services or working out of a CPU to produce food to dispatch around the site
Supporting with a busy C&B arm of the business. We cater for weddings, gala dinners, business lunches, private parties, Christmas & New Year events and Warwick Castle's amazing summer concerts!
Be extremely passionate about food and ensure each meal you plate up is to the highest standard
Completing daily paperwork to cover due diligence, assisting in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans
Working with the teams regarding food production management to ensure minimal wastage, maintenance of food stock levels, food quality and brand standards
Placing food orders and maintaining stock levels
Full knowledge of all menu items served, including allergy information
Act as a trainer/coach for new team members to learn procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks
Undertake relevant training as required
You will be set up for success if you have:
Previous experience in a similar food service environment catering for a large volume
Previous supervisory experience
Proven knowledge of quality food production
Relevant culinary qualifications
Flexibility and the ability to innovate
