Full job description
Support the Head Chef: Assist in daily kitchen operations, menu planning, and execution of classic bistro and A la carte restaurants
Food Preparation: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes with attention to detail and consistency.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Head Chef to manage the kitchen team, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
Inventory Management: Assist in stock control, ordering, and minimizing food wastage.
Flexibility: Adapt to busy service times, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Qualifications & Experience
Strong knowledge of bistro and A la carte restaurants & service.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining food quality and consistency.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
A passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
