We’re seeking a Chef de Rang / Waiter whose presence commands the floor—not with volume, but with refined energetic authority. If you can hold a section like a symphony and make excellence feel effortless, this is your stage.
Key Responsibilities
• Run your section with poise, pace, and sharp attention to detail
• Anticipate guest needs and elevate their experience through subtle, seamless service
• Support and guide junior team members without ego—lead by example
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house to keep flow tight and timing impeccable
• Handle pressure with grace, adjusting tone and rhythm to match the moment
What We’re Looking For
natural conductor—poised, present, and able to lead under pressure
Proven experience in fine dining or Michelin-level service (minimum 2 years in a similar role)
Deep understanding of guest flow, table pacing, and the subtleties that shape five-star service
Confidence in guiding a section solo or stepping into team leadership when needed
Emotional maturity—can take feedback, hold tension, and recalibrate mid-shift
