Job Description
• Recipe and product creation following the defined standard format
• Propose new product (how to make, recipe, cost etc.) to the HODs and Directors for their approval
• Roll out the new product to all cities post approval
• Propose food items / snacks that can be sold as packaged product in lounges and kiosks
• Train lounge staff on new recipes
Refresh menu based on seasons and festivities across all lounges
Identify and help in onboarding ( negotiations ) vendor for existing and new lounges who can supply ingredients / material to stores across India and set up logistics
Prepare recipes / process, along with cost efficiency, to be followed by vendors to maintain high quality of food and beverage
Recipe Management : Track wastage over time and assess the steps to be taken to reduce it
Conduct dipstick study to understand customer preference specific to a region and drive changes in the menu
Study the competition and benchmark the food offerings / menu (range, refresh rate, price, cuisine, presentation, private labels)
Authorise correct receipe in the POS system
Work with food consultant for above jobs, in case any
Any other assignment given by management from time to time, as per company's requirement.
