Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef specializing in South Indian Cuisine. The Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic South Indian dishes, planning and developing menus, ensuring quality and consistency in food preparation, supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in cooking South Indian Cuisine, including traditional dishes and regional specialties
Must be Ready with Morning shift 4am
