Job Title: Culinary Supervisor

Reports To: Operations Manager
Summary:
• Responsibilities:
- Oversee all culinary operations of the cloud kitchen, including menu development, food preparation, and quality control
- Develop and implement culinary standards and procedures to ensure consistency and quality
- Train and supervise culinary staff on proper food preparation, sanitation, and safety practices
- Manage inventory and ensure that we have the necessary ingredients to meet customer demand
- Resolve any culinary issues that may arise and ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained
- Stay up-to-date on culinary trends and innovations to keep our menu fresh and exciting
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2- 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or cloud kitchen
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of culinary professionals
- Strong understanding of Indian cuisine, North Indian, South Indian, Chinese, snacks and fast food
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for food and a commitment to providing exceptional dining experiences for guests
