We are currently recruiting a Cook / Chef to join our team at Brine Lea’s School, Audlem Road, Nantwich, CW5 7DY

• £13 per hour
• 30 hours per week, Monday – Friday 7am – 3pm

What You'll Be Doing
• Prepare and cook a variety of food following recipe cards
• Supporting manager with stock takes and ordering
• Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and equipment
• Ensure food is correctly stored according to food safety policies and guidelines
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment and utensils
• Use a variety of cooking methods on meat, vegetables and other food
• Present and garnish food and portions according to guidelines
• Provide excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers and co workers
• Assisting in the compilation of all shift opening and closing checklists
Experience
• DBS checks required
• Previous experience as a cook or a similar role is required
• E learning is available through our online learning system to obtain Food Safety Level 2/3 certificate
