Join Charlie's BBQ, an American burger and BBQ establishment in Connolly. We're seeking passionate Chefs or Cooks to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the head chef with daily kitchen operations
Gain experience in the American BBQ industry
Maintain high standards of quality and service
Follow recipes and procedures
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations
Requirements:
3+ years of kitchen experience
Passion for food and cooking skills
Grill, Fryer & Pass experience essential
Full availability across Tuesday to Sunday
English fluency and clear communication
Australia work authorisation
