Tasks & Responsibilities
This role involves hands-on management while leading both day-to-day and back-of-house operations. Key responsibilities include:
Reporting to the Owner/Manager/Head Chef, overseeing kitchen operations and leading the team.
Training and supervising an enthusiastic and professional kitchen team.
Maintaining high levels of communication between FOH and kitchen staff.
Ensuring adherence to food safety standards for staff and customers.
