About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Chef to join our team at Baptcare's Northaven Community in Kerang. The Chef will ensure that meals meet individual nutritional needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to food production, including therapeutic diets and special meals.
Prepare menus according to recipe cards and deadlines.
Assist with managing Food Safety Program guidelines and ensuring compliance.
Maintain high standards of food handling practices.
Deliver meals across dining areas within the residence.
About You
You should be passionate about growing your career in hospitality within residential aged care. We are looking for solution-focused individuals who want to make a difference by aligning their approach with organisational goals.
Requirements
Relevant industry training, including Food Handling and Hygiene Certificate.
Commercial cookery certificate III/IV.
Previous experience in catering and menu planning.
