Position: Food Production Faculty
Location: Ludhiana
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging and innovative curriculum related to food production and culinary arts.
- Conduct practical training sessions to enhance students' culinary skills and techniques.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students to help them succeed in their academic and professional endeavours.
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in food production and culinary arts.
- Participate in academic and administrative activities, including curriculum development, student assessments, and program evaluation.
Qualifications:
- Master degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Extensive professional experience in food production and culinary arts, preferably in a leadership role.
-Must have experience in hotel industry as Chef in Indian , tandoor or World cuisines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and dynamic academic environment.
