To prepare North & South Indian, Chinese Veg and Non Veg foods , Chats & South Indian breakfast

Languages - Kannada, Hindi & Telagu
Holidays: Hotel will run 365 days, for employs on need basis
Leaves: as per Karnataka state Leave policy
Office timings: morning 6 tonight 11 o clock, for employees 8 to 12 hours
5/6 week: 6 days
Probation period: 6 months
Travelling: Stay arrangement is nearby area

• Enforcing safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.

• Receiving feedback and making improvements where necessary.
• Expert in making traditional south Indian dishes mainly porota, sadhya, south Indian desserts
• Expert in making traditional North Indian Recipes- Amritsari Chole Bhature, Kashmiri Rogan Josh, Rajasthani Dal-Bati Churma.
