One Tap Cocktail Bar is a vibrant, fast-paced venue specializing in innovative draft cocktails and light food. We’re seeking a reliable Chef/ Sous Chef to support our operations.
One Tap Cocktail Bar is looking for a creative and passionate Part-Time Chef/ Sous Chef to join our team! If you love crafting delicious bites that pair perfectly with cocktails, this is your chance.
What You’ll Do:
Design a small, exciting fusion menu that complements our drinks
Handle light cooking using available equipment
Maintain high food quality & presentation standards
Ensure food safety & cleanliness
Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, workspaces, and storage areas
Manage ingredients, minimize waste, stocktake and keep inventory organized
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in creative fusion cuisine or a strong passion for it
Ability to work independently
Creative mindset to develop a unique menu for our cocktail bar
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate or Food Handling Certificate
RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
Working rights in Australia
Fluent English
Location: Sydney CBD (5 mins from Wynyard Station)
Hours: Part-time, flexible shifts
