Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Security Supervisor to oversee and manage the security operations of our facility.
The ideal candidate will be a former military, police officer, or para-military personnel, bringing a strong background in security protocols and team leadership.
This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and security of our staff and assets.
Key Responsibilities :
• Supervise and coordinate security personnel to ensure effective security operations.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to enhance safety.
• Conduct regular security assessments and risk analysis to identify vulnerabilities.
• Monitor surveillance systems and respond promptly to security incidents.
• Train and mentor security staff in security best practices and emergency response procedures.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on security incidents and activities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Lead and participate in emergency drills and crisis management training.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all security-related matters.
Qualifications :
• Former military, police officer, or para-military personnel with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in security or law enforcement.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a security context.
• Strong understanding of security operations, risk management, and emergency response.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
• Proficient in the use of security technology and surveillance equipment.
• High level of physical fitness and ability to conduct regular patrols and inspections.
