Chemical Engineer

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and optimize chemical manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Conduct research and experiments to enhance chemical formulations and production methods.
• Monitor and troubleshoot plant operations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Perform chemical analysis and quality control to maintain high production standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, R&D, and quality assurance.
• Implement cost-effective solutions for waste management and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with industry safety standards (OSHA, EPA, etc.) and company policies.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and process flow diagrams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• 0-5 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, process engineering, or a related role (freshers can apply).
• Strong understanding of chemical processes, thermodynamics, and reaction engineering.
• Proficiency in chemical analysis tools, laboratory testing, and process simulation software (Aspen Plus, MATLAB, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with teams and present technical findings.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food processing, or specialty chemicals industries.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Quality Management Systems.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance (OSHA, FDA, REACH).
• Hands-on experience with process control systems and automation.
