Job Description
Salary: 15-20k CTC
Experience: Minimum 1 yr experience in surface coating
Job Role: We are looking for a candidate for a Plating plant supervisor who can take care of the overall management of the electrolytic plating plant for carbon steel components.
Qualifications and skills:
• The minimum Qualification should be B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from a reputed college.
• M Tech in Chemical Engineering from a reputed college is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in a surface coating plant.
• Minimum 25 years of age
• Male Only
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Maintaining Temperature, Density, and Chemical Concentration of various chemicals used.
• Overall management of Electrolytic Plating Plant for Carbon Steel Components.
• Following given procedures and guidelines in overall running of the plant.
• Daily and Weekly Reporting to Management regarding the productivity of the plant and audit of process parameters.
• Maintaining 5S and Safety Parameters.
• Managing a total team of 4 workers.
