This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for a Chemical Sales Manager. The role involves identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting specialized chemicals used in the textile manufacturing process. The Chemical Sales Manager will be responsible for establishing a deep understanding of client requirements, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions.
Qualifications
• B. tech in Textile Chemistry or Polymer Science is must. MBA is a plus.
• Experience in B2B sales, customer relationship management, and business development
• Understanding of chemical applications relevant to textile manufacturing and knowledge of performance fabric requirements
• Ability to analyze market trends, develop strategies, and generate new business leads
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving proficiency and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Driving license and readiness to travel for client meetings and industry events
