Boyce Biosynthetics is a startup in Pune with an interest in the screening of natural products and synthetic small molecules mainly for application to human and animal health.
We are currently looking to hire Ph.D. and Masters level chemists for our new labs in Pune.
Job requirements:
Strong synthetic skills, good knowledge base of synthetic reactions and retro synthetic analysis.
Medicinal chemistry experience in an academic or industrial setting is preferred.
Experience in total synthesis of small molecules including their purification and structure determination is necessary.
We are also looking for process chemists who have served in industry for 2 or more years.
We will also appreciate some natural product chemistry experience, fermentation, extraction, screening and isolation and semi synthesis using such secondary metabolite leads.
Strong presentation skills are required.
