Job Title: PGT Chemistry Teacher School: Guidance Academy, Kolkata Campus Board: West Bengal Board Job Type: Full-time, Residential Job Description: Guidance Academy, Kolkata Campus is seeking a passionate and dedicated Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Chemistry for our West Bengal Board-affiliated Bengali medium school. This is a residential position, and the selected candidate must be willing to relocate and live on campus. Key Responsibilities: Teach Chemistry to higher secondary students (Classes XI & XII) as per WB Board syllabus in Bengali medium. Prepare lesson plans, conduct regular classroom sessions, and ensure conceptual clarity. Track and assess students' academic performance through tests and assignments. Support students in academic and personal development. Participate in school cultural activities, staff meetings, and parent-teacher interactions. Maintain discipline and encourage a positive learning environment in and outside the classroom. Educational Qualifications: M.Sc in Chemistry B.Ed preferred (not mandatory) Eligibility: Freshers with private tuition or coaching experience are welcome to apply.
