Tuition Teacher (Online Hourly Pay):-

This hourly paid contract job is for female teachers to work remotely with our online tuition company Edzym.

Responsibilities:-
We want you to be a good friend of students; teach, support, and motivate them to understand the complex concepts and learn comfortably.
Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons to an individual or a small group of students online.
Content creation for various grades on the learning management system (LMS) involving lessons, articles, quizzes, assignments, etc.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations for the classes using the given templates.
Deliver classes using the online video conferencing software (Microsoft Teams).
Develop lesson plans to meet the educational needs and learning abilities of the individual students.
Assign tasks, assignments, and quizzes; and evaluate them to provide constructive feedback.
Monitor, assess, record, and report the development of students.
Develop innovative methods to improve the classes, process, and platform.
Motivate the students when needed and support them in learning.
Qualifications:-
Passion for teaching and helping students.
Graduation with B.Ed in education is preferred.
Excellent command of English.
3+ years experience teaching the CBSE/ICSE/IGCSE board curriculum.
1 year experience in teaching online.
Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and any LMS.
Good IT skills to work independently.
Strong analytical skills.
Flexible to work on different shifts for students from other countries and time zones Requirements.
A good computer/laptop with quality webcam and headset.
Dedicated internet connection.
A quiet environment.
