Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking detail-oriented and dedicated Non-Voice Process Associates to join our growing remote team. This role is ideal for candidates who are efficient, self-motivated, and capable of maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity in a work-from-home environment. As part of our Chennai-based BPO operations, you will be responsible for managing backend operations, handling data processing tasks, and ensuring client deliverables are met on time and with precision.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately process and manage high volumes of data entry tasks.
• *
Handle customer support requests through email, chat, or internal ticketing systems—no voice calls required.
• *
Review, verify, and update customer or client records and information.
• *
Monitor workflows and ensure all tasks are completed within defined SLAs.
• *
Communicate with internal teams to resolve queries and discrepancies.
• *
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and data protection regulations.
• *
Perform quality checks and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• *
Minimum qualification: Any Graduate (preferred: B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., BCA).
• *
Excellent written English communication skills.
• *
Proficient in using MS Office tools, particularly Excel and Word.
• *
Strong typing skills with high accuracy (minimum 35 WPM).
• *
Ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• *
Comfortable working independently in a virtual environment.
• Experience
• *
0 to 2 years of experience in a non-voice BPO process or back-office operations.
• *
Freshers with strong communication and data-handling skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Working Hours
• *
Shift Timing: Rotational Shifts (Day/Night) depending on project requirements.
• *
Work Days: 5 days a week (2 days off).
• *
Remote: Yes, but candidates must reside in Chennai due to future in-person training or meetings.
