Right Side Story works dedicatedly towards promoting child safety and legal literacy in educational institutions. We offer a range of training programs for school leaders, educators, students, and parents on child safety and protection. Legal experts and child rights practitioners develop our training, which complies with government policies. Our comprehensive program addresses all aspects of ****** health and well-being, empowering students and educators with skills and knowledge to navigate ****** health and relationships. We also emphasise the importance of self, promoting self-love, healthy relationships with oneself, partners, and the community, and the safety of self. Our Mental Wellbeing Program for schools is an evidence-based, holistic approach to supporting the psychological health and well- being of students, teachers, and staff. By implementing these programs, we aim to improve students' mental health outcomes and create a supportive environment that fosters their overall well-being.

Job Status:
Five Days a Week, Eight Hours Per Day.

Job Title: Youth Well-being Expert

Job Description:
The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs on a variety of topics related to Personality and Professional Development.
The trainer will work with individuals and groups to promote healthy relationships, overall well-being and skills for a good Personal and Professional Development.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand the vision and mission of Right Side Story to work towards Youth well- being in educational institutions.
Understand the specific role of the Trainer in educating on the topics of Personal and Professional Development
Develop and deliver training programs on topics such as Personal and Professional Development, and mental health awareness.
Develop and deliver age-appropriate content for young adults (Male/ Female).
Use a variety of teaching methods, such as lectures, discussions, and interactive activities, to engage learners.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed through report writing.

Qualifications & Necessary Skills:
A Master’s degree in Education/ Social Work/ Mental Health/ Psychology or a related field
0-3 years of experience in a similar set-up
Committed to making an impact on educational institutions and Young adults
Experience in training and/ or teaching
Familiarity with a variety of interactive methods and technologies
Understand how to work with men and boys as well
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with diverse groups of people
Comfortable discussing sensitive topics in a professional manner
Inspire and motivate learners
Able to maintain a non-judgemental, empathetic, understanding and respectful approach in all their work
Document learnings from the training

Logistical details to note:
Travel is expected across India.
Only candidates based out of Dehradun or willing to relocate there should apply.

Remuneration:
INR 20,000 – 25,000 per month (depending upon experience)

Job Description

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Chess Teachers to join our team on a part-time, commission-based arrangement. As a Chess Teacher at Pawnstorm Academy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the minds and skills of our students, guiding them through the complexities of the game, and helping them achieve their personal and competitive goals.

Key Responsibilities

Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity, resilience, and a love for the game.

Participate in academy events, tournaments, and workshops as required.

Stay updated on the latest chess strategies, teaching methodologies, and industry trends to continuously improve your teaching practice.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students of all ages.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and conduct lessons effectively.

Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms is highly desirable.

A passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students achieve their potential.

Compensation

This is a commission-based position. Compensation will be based on the number of students taught and the number of hours committed.

Teachers will receive a competitive commission rate per lesson, with opportunities for bonuses based on student retention and progress.

Flexible scheduling options are available to accommodate other commitments.
