Financial Operations Manager
You will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across various financial processes. Key responsibilities include managing the general ledger, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and monthly closing activities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage general ledger, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and monthly closing activities
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and compliance filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.)
- Support statutory and internal audits, ensuring timely resolution of queries
- Oversee payroll coordination, expense validation, and employee reimbursements
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
- Identify process gaps and help implement automation and internal controls
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (IND-AS/IFRS/GAAP)
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in core accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax compliance, and financial reporting
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)
- High attention to detail and accuracy, especially during month-end and audit cycles
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and the ability to work across functions
