Chief Admissions Officer - K12 Schools
Key Enrollment Strategist
The primary responsibility of this role is to drive Admission targets for multiple schools by developing strong back-end plans, managing teams effectively, and collaborating closely with marketing and school teams.
Main Responsibilities:
• Establish admission strategies that maximize enrollment opportunities
• Analyze the competitive framework in each micro market to inform business decisions
• Develop partnerships with preschool franchise partners to increase enrollments in schools
• Create a compelling value proposition that resonates with parents
• Work with new builds teams to identify attractive markets for new schools
Leadership and Team Management:
• Lead enrollment teams to achieve enrollment targets efficiently
• Design and implement effective sales incentives at the school level to convert leads into enrollments
• Drive enrollment teams to meet targets in existing schools and 400 enrollments per new school launch
• Manage enrollment budgets effectively
• Lead from the front, demonstrating high-quality selling skills
Requirements:
• Hire, manage, and coach enrollment teams to optimize performance and productivity
• Possess an MBA from a top-tier B School and experience in Sales & Marketing
• 6+ years of experience in Enrollment or Sales/Marketing roles, preferably in B2C industries such as Retail, Hospitality, Tourism, BFSI, and Real Estate
