Allied Health and Rehabilitation Services comprises various departments, including Dietetics and Food Services, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Social Work and Spiritual Care, Speech and Audiology, and Allied Health Research. We work in acute, sub-acute, and outpatient settings across the health service.
The Office of the Executive Director Allied Health oversees Allied Health Workforce Development Officers and the Allied Health Data Administrator.

Job Description
You will lead the delivery and implementation of operational plans for Allied Health acute services. This role involves providing authoritative counsel to the Executive Director, Allied Health on key national and statewide health reform priorities. You will also provide leadership, direction, and support in complex problem-solving, driving the strategic framework, policies, and processes necessary to achieve agreed financial, clinical, and activity performance.
You will encourage a workplace culture that values education, research, and learning and development. Our team is focused on delivering exceptional care to our patients, and we need someone with your skills and experience to help us achieve this goal.
About You
To be successful in this position, you will require:
A qualification relevant to the role (please see attached Role Description).
AHPRA Registration (if applicable).
Working with children check (we will cover the cost).
Evidence of vaccination against Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Hepatitis B.
Tuberculosis screening.
Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed.
Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (we will cover the cost).
