Chief Architect - Enterprise Blueprints (Part of Bain & Company)
Enterprise Blueprints (https://enterpriseblueprints.com ) a boutique IT architecture consultancy formed by Architects focused on Architecture. Our passion for architecture has driven our growth over 15 years and led to an acquisition by Bain & Company at the beginning of 2026 retaining our culture and collaboration whilst opening even more doors to exciting projects and opportunities in the IT architecture space.

We're in conversation with have a variety of interesting engagements within Financial services and other clients, we're seeking a Chief Architect that has the following experience:
• 15+ years architecture experience
• Enterprise Architecture & Technology Strategy Development for large organizations (preferably financial services, banking, insurance, wealth)
• Lead Solution Architect for multiple major programs (>$200M USD) utilising modern technologies
• Significant architecture leadership experience and track record in roles such as Chief architect, CTO, domain architecture lead, lead program architect, lead solution architect etc.
• Strong verbal presentation and written skills with both technical, business and executive audiences – able to influence and build trusted advisor relationships
• Able to demonstrate historical business impact through a long track record of making high value architectural decisions
• Experienced with all layers of the architecture stack (business, application, integration, data & AI, cyber, infrastructure, delivery and operations)
• Experienced with major IT platforms, systems and implementations; particularly digital platforms, data platforms, major core system replacements and cloud native related architecture design & migration
• Well versed in modern technology design patterns and technology trends
• Experienced working in a consulting capacity with a variety of stakeholders – particularly with a global or specialist consulting firm or tier one SI
