Senior Banking Management Role
This is a highly challenging and rewarding position that requires the ability to build strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Banking Relationship Management:
The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating banking facilities, terms, and pricing for loans and other banking products.
• Debt Management:
Lead the process of raising bank debt and other financing facilities, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with loan covenants.
Manage all documentation related to debt instruments and ensure adherence to banking regulations and internal compliance policies.
• Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure effective liaison with auditors, regulators, and legal teams for any banking-related compliance requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate banking, treasury, or debt management.
Strong understanding of banking products, debt instruments, and compliance requirements.
Proven ability to manage end-to-end debt raising and documentation processes, utilizing excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
(Preferred) Experience in corporate treasury functions such as cash flow management and investment planning.
