Job Description
1 Ensure the given TAT (as defined by b-shop) for each car and maintain the pace.
2 Proper coordination with the job floor team in moving the cars out within the given TAT
3 Prior information to the respective team on any additional repairs or category changes.
4 Quality inspection on each body repair process to avoid further mistakes and delays.
5 Final quality inspection before delivery without further delays and immediate handover to respective dept.
6 Professional and effective communication with other dept CGT on their respective cars.
7 Guiding CGT on body repair inspection while Q3.
8 Parts ordering and organizing, follow-ups with job floor & parts dept twice in a day for avoid any further delays, updating the same to managers and vendor team as well.
+ Ensure body repair job card is closed with labor & required parts prices before the vehicle handover to another dept.
10 Job card allocation with senior approval & updating the same in vehicle database reports.
11 Regular coordination with all the teams including service team & detailing team on their respective cars movements
12 Always presence on the job floor for better team coordination and avoiding operation hurdles.
13 Identify the paint defects on the painting panels and focus to reduce the reworks
