The Opportunity
Our beautiful hotel is looking for an experienced and helpful Chief Concierge to lead the team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the concierge team, ensuring that each guest receives prompt, courteous and personalised service at all times.
Sound knowledge of public transport, local attractions, restaurants and events in and around Melbourne are essential elements of the role.
