Job Description
Metrics Delivery: Define and implement reporting requirements and recommend operational metrics for improvement at an Lines of Business and sub Lines of Business level to support the measurement and improvements in data risk governance.
Metrics Management: Define an operating model to ensure continuous monitoring, refinement, and escalation of metrics where necessary. Interface with Chief Data Office partners, Operations, Tech, and Firmwide Data Management to ensure AWM metrics are well understood and represented in cross Lines of Business forums.
Metrics Insights: Create powerful, detailed insights that support data-driven decision making, and convert insights into tangible benefits for the business.
Required Qualifications, skills and capabilities:
5-7 years of experience in Data Governance, Project Management, or Business Management functions
Knowledge and experience in data management and technology functions preferred
Understanding of and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik)
Financial Industry experience preferred
Regularly demonstrates excellent management and delivery skills with an eye towards details
Advanced skills with the core MS Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); skills with standard PM tools (e.g. MS Project); Familiarity with process-mapping tools (e.g. MS Visio, etc.)
Strong analytics, interpretive and problem solving skills
Consulting orientation ability to influence both internal & external business partners
