Description
Candidates with 22+ years of delivery experience in ITES/BPS across all industry verticals. A demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional, multisite delivery spanning 8000+ HC and a $100 – 300 Mn+ business. We seek a growth-oriented leader who can execute seamlessly in a dynamic business environment, providing direct leadership to BPS delivery teams, operating teams, and back-office teams. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner who understands the impact of technology and AI on business process services, delivering exceptional outcomes while maximizing productivity.
Responsibilities
• Manage delivery and carry P&L responsibility for the BPS business across all geographies
• Define a compelling vision for delivery and service offerings
• Leverage best-in-class delivery practices and solutions to add real value for clients and drive growth
• Oversee the deployment and delivery of various programs/projects, ensuring proper delivery against timeline, budget, and impact
• Lead execution of delivery process improvements
• Provide feedback to internal partners on solution enhancements or new product constructs
• Maintain industry exposure to dynamically consult with customers on successful solution deployment strategies and best practices
• Accountable for revenue realization and engagement profitability
• Develop and grow business, validate delivery models, and support metrics
• Lead operations of BPS and understand tech-led operations
• Engage in customer activities and represent the organization to new clients, developing new business areas
• Collaborate closely with CXO leadership and Finance & Sales teams to manage account P&L
