Our team is looking for a skilled Product Designer who can take design expertise to the next level by combining it with strategic product thinking. This role goes beyond creating beautiful interfaces – you will be responsible for crafting end-to-end product experiences, aligning design with business objectives, user needs, and technology capabilities.
You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital experiences across web, mobile, and product platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing the end-to-end product design lifecycle from research and discovery to wireframes, prototypes, final UI, and testing.
• Conducting user research, usability studies, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
• Translating business objectives and product strategies into intuitive user flows and scalable design systems.
• Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to quickly validate design ideas.
• Performing UI/UX audits and testing to optimize customer journeys and improve conversions.
• Collaborating with developers to ensure designs are executed with high fidelity and performance.
• Working with business and strategy teams to align product features with market trends and user needs.
• Developing and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency across multiple products and platforms.
• Delivering 5–7 high-impact product/web design projects annually.
• Improving conversion metrics and user engagement through design iterations.
• Successfully conducting user testing & feedback loops for every major product release.
• Ensuring design system adoption and consistency across teams.
• Core UI/UX expertise in prototyping, wireframing, user research, and visual design.
• Product design skills such as a strong understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle, ability to translate business requirements into design and product features, experience with design thinking & user-centered design methodologies, technical awareness including HTML, CSS, backend logic familiarity, and SEO fundamentals, analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity (for behavior insights), and communication skills including strong presentation and storytelling abilities to influence stakeholders.
