Industry - Financial Services Skills - NHB, housing finance Job Type - Permanent Description - Exciting opportunity to be part of the housing finance business in a leadership role Client Details Our client is a Leading Housing Finance Institution incorporated in 2015 with the main objective of providing housing loans, they are looking for a seasoned housing finance professional with experience in housing finance companies to lead and grow their housing finance business. Description As CEO - Housing Finance business, you would be responsible to lead and grow the housing finance business and will come with strong understanding of housing finance market and experience of working with National Housing Bank (NHB) in India for getting requisite approvals. You would be part of startup team of this business and would need to leverage on your existing relationships to kick start business. You would be responsible to set the business processes, formulate teams for sales, operations, collections strategy etc. working closely with support functions and other existing businesses. Profile You should have minimum 15 years’ experience with a financial institution in a sales, operations, finance or collections role as part of consumer finance business. At least 8 years’ experience in a leadership role with a housing finance company is a must.
