Growth/Increase in balance sheet size (i.e. to drive the growth of the business)

Control over NPA
Managing optimum Credit/deposit ratio
Build customer satisfaction
Regulatory compliances i.e. dual regulation by RBI and state cooperative department
(Registrar of Cooperative Societies)
Qualitative:
Development of talent
Maintain and enhance bank's profile
Responsibilities:
Set overall direction for the Bank
Manage alliances/relationship with partners and other SEWA sister organizations
Build a highperformance organisation

Profile:
Qualification: Should belong to finance background
Qualified Chartered accountant or MBA with Finance
Should have banking experience of 810 years in senior position
Averse with usage of technology, specially
