EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES
· With a post graduate degree in Banking you should have 15-years working experience in Retail and Commercial banking
· Track record of achieving targets of business growth and profitability in the banking.
· Have an operating knowledge of the regional financial services industry with global trends.
· Overseas branch handling experience & Leading a multicultural work force.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Ensures that the Bank achieves its Strategic Plan & Business objectives
· Implementing the strategy and driving business growth to secure maximum profitability
· Involved in cost control activities, monitoring revenues and expenditures to assure sound financial control
· Maintain positive image of the Bank by maintaining relationship with local, international businesses, government regulatory authorities, media and the public
· Prepare and analyze a variety of studies, reports and related information to present to the Board for inputs
