Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Head to lead our operations in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing pan-India operations in the FMCG sector, with experience in handling a large team and P&L responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage and lead a team of professionals across various functions
- Oversee the P&L of the business and ensure profitability
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the FMCG sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience managing pan-India operations and a large team
- Strong financial acumen and P&L experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
