Qualification - BE/M.Tech/ MBA
Experience - 18- 22 years of exp from Large/Government Projects- Infrastructure of Roads, Highways, Bridges, Buildings, Towers and Port Projects, from Infrastructure,Project Consulting and Construction sectors. Should have stable career with contributions at each of the places.
Location - Mumbai
CTC - will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
Job Profile :
- Will be responsible for P&L Of the Business.
- Land Acquisition, Customer Service, Facility, Liasioning with Government for Approvals, Project Management, Technical, Project Management, BD, Customer Service, Execution, Legal Formalities and Technical services.
- Responsible for Execution of projects, Projects monitoring Engineering, contracts, Tendering, procurement, planning & budgeting, cost monitoring, product quality safety, estimation, etc.
- Responsible to support in successful delivery on time and with in cost.
- Profile includes business development, tendering, execution of project within time and contractual parameters, closing contract, team building, customer relationship, etc
- Execution- including selection and management of Architects- Local/International, Consultants, Vendors and Co-ordination for project approvals with statutory authorities
- Develop & implement internal guidelines for various types of market risks.
