Job Description
We are looking to hire a CFO who will be responsible for handling the overall financial matters
Reporting Structure: This role will report to the CEO
Role & Responsibilities:
• Execute the financial strategy of the Company
• Manage financial controls and Accounting Procedures
• Ensuring full transparency over financial performance of the Company
• Provide advice on how to increase the revenue and reduce costs
• Generating the P&L Reports
• Effectively and clearly communicate the potential risks in timely manner
• Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained
• Support the CEO with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans
• Maintain Speed and accuracy of billings and client payments
• Co-ordinate and produce all tax documents as required
Expectations from the Candidate:
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (MBA preferred)
• Professional accounting designation CA Mandatory
• 12 to 17 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position
• Advanced computer skills,including proficiency in MS Office & financial reporting software
• Exceptional Communication skills
• Result-oriented, strategic thinker and planner
• Candidates from BPO background are preferred
