Tob Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing and service company. The CFO will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills and a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve the company's short and long-term goals.
• Oversee financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Manage financial risks and opportunities, including cash flow, debt financing, and investments.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with banks, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Lead the accounting and finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and efficient operations.
• Develop and implement internal controls and risk management policies to safeguard the company's assets and reputation.
• Provide strategic guidance to the executive team, including identifying areas for growth, cost-saving opportunities, and potential risks.
• Collaborate with other departments, including operations, sales, and marketing, to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor and report on key financial and operational metrics, including revenue, expenses, margins, and productivity.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes that may impact the company's financial performance.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Chartered Accountants should only apply. Additional Qualification such as MBA will be preferred from premier institute only.
• 20+ years of progressive financial management experience, including at least 5 years in a CFO or equivalent role.
• Experience in a manufacturing and service company preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business goals.
• Experience with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and standards, internal controls, and risk management.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
